Do customers need to install an app to order?
No. Share your Super Web store link and customers can browse and order in their browser. They sign in or create an account at checkout. Customers can also shop through the Super app.
Do I get a free shopping website on my own domain?
Discover gives you a shareable online store page with products and checkout within Super Web. It uses Super’s shared design and domain. A standalone website on your own domain is available on paid plans.
How do I create my free online store?
Create a Shopletzy account, choose Discover, add your store details and products, and complete the setup needed to accept orders. The Shopletzy merchant app helps you set up and manage your store.
Can I sell through WhatsApp and Instagram?
You can share your store link in WhatsApp chats, your Instagram bio, and other social channels. Customers follow the link to browse and order on Super Web; checkout takes place in Super, rather than inside those social apps.
How do I keep my Discover store available?
Open the Shopletzy merchant app regularly to confirm you are available to fulfil orders. If your store becomes inactive, it may stop accepting orders or be hidden from discovery until you return and restore availability.
