Why does my free Discover store need regular check-ins?

A check-in confirms that you are actively monitoring the store and able to fulfil new orders. Opening the Shopletzy merchant app counts as a check-in and normally keeps a Discover store available to accept orders for approximately 24 hours.

What happens if I stop checking in?

If the availability lease expires, your Discover store may stop accepting new orders and be hidden from Super so customers do not place orders you may not be able to fulfil. Longer inactivity can move the store through warning, restricted, and dormant states, generally around 30, 60, and 90 days. Returning to Shopletzy lets you review the store and restore availability where applicable.

Does the check-in and dormancy policy apply to paid plans?

No. The daily check-in and dormancy policy applies to the free Discover plan, not an active paid plan. If you downgrade from a paid plan to Discover, the policy can apply again; if you upgrade, the applicable paid-plan behavior takes effect.

No. Customers are not shown an exact merchant last-seen time. Super uses store availability to decide whether a store should be visible and able to accept orders, while keeping merchant activity details private.
